PioniraFor eWastra users

From email to e-CMR.
Without leaving your inbox.

The Vectrix add-in for Outlook reads the transport order, recognises the customer and creates the e-CMR in eWastra. You check it, you send it.

How it works

Five steps. One inbox.

Ask Vexi

A question about an order? Ask the email.

Vexi sees the email and what Vectrix made of it, and answers in your language. It never changes the order. You do.

Yours to set

Make the pane your own.

Your fields

Show the fields you check, hide the rest. Required ones stay on.

Light or dark

One click on the moon, top right.

Your projects

Working for more than one? Switch at the top of the pane.

Getting started

Up and running in a minute.

  1. 01Open Apps

In the toolbar of any email in Outlook.

  2. 02Choose Vectrix

Pin it, so it stays open from email to email.

  3. 03Sign in

With your work account. That is it.

Not under Apps? Your IT team adds it for the whole company.

Questions

The shipment shows the customer as missing. Pick the right one with Change customer before you send, and mail us if a regular customer keeps being missed.

Do not send yet. Open the shipment in Vectrix and correct it there. Already sent? Sort it out in eWastra before the driver signs.

Into eWastra, Pionira’s e-CMR platform. Vectrix creates it when you send; signing, transit and delivery happen in eWastra.

The e-CMR is recognised under an additional protocol to the CMR convention, signed by most European countries. Whether you can use it on a route depends on the countries on it. Pionira can tell you for yours.

The email you open the pane on, with its attachments. Dutch, French, German and English.
