Import a whole sheet of orders
When a customer sends a week of orders in one spreadsheet, hand it to Vexi.
Drop in a spreadsheet. Vexi reads every row, and every row is accounted for.
Vexi asks, not guesses. When something is unclear, like a missing delivery date, you decide.
Accept and send in one go. Look the orders over, accept them all and send them to your TMS at once.
Build a rule as a flow
Business rules now have a visual editor, so a rule reads the way you would explain it.
Blocks, not code. When this happens, if that is true, then do this.
Add a step. Drop it in, connect it and fill in the value.
Clear to everyone. Anyone on the team can see what a rule does.
Check a shipment before it is sent
Rules can now look a shipment over when you press Send.
Checks run when you press Send. Nothing leaves until they pass.
In plain words. It says what is wrong and where, like a pickup outside the customer’s opening hours.
Fix it, then send. Once every check passes, the shipment goes to your TMS.
Work on the shipment next to the email
With the Outlook add-in, Vectrix opens beside the message you are reading.
Open Vectrix in Outlook. Right next to the email the order came in with.
The shipment, filled in. Check it and create it without switching windows.
Vexi alongside. Ask about the customer or the order right there.
Decide who can do what
Every project now has roles, and you decide what each one may do.
A role for every job. Admin, planner, viewer or customer.
Tick what each role may do. Down to who may send to your TMS.
Your company login. Link a login group to a role, and access follows.
Give each project its own inbox
Each project now has its own address for incoming orders.
One address per project. Copy it from the project’s settings.
Forward your order mailbox. Point the mailbox your orders arrive in at it.
Straight into the right project. Orders sent there land in that project.
Find every setting in one place
A project’s settings now live on one page.
One page. Every setting of a project, grouped by what it is for.
Search it. Type what you are after and go straight there.
Grouped by job. Project, fields, rules, integrations, people and email.
