eTrans, and edits that stay yours

Vectrix now works with eTrans, keeps the fields you change by hand, holds sent shipments as they went out, names every attachment, finds archived shipments and reads screenshots in emails.

Vectrix now works with eTrans

Connect Vectrix to eTrans and send your shipments there, project by project.

On per project. Switch eTrans on in the project’s integrations.

Zones and documents. Choose the planning zone and the documents that go along, like the CMR.

Order numbers, both ways. The shipment shows its eTrans order number, and eTrans knows the shipment.

Change it by hand, and it stays changed

What you type in a shipment is yours. Vectrix doesn’t write over it.

Just type. Click a field and change it, like the pickup time.

Marked as yours. A lock shows which fields you set yourself.

Kept when updates come in. A new email can change the order, never your edit.

Sent means sent

Once a shipment goes to your TMS, it stays the way it went out.

Send as usual. Check the shipment and send it to your TMS.

Kept exactly as sent. The fields lock, so what you see is what went out.

Every step on record. The history shows who did what, and when.

Every attachment gets its name

Orders arrive with more than one file. Vectrix tells you which is which.

Recognised on arrival. A transport order, a CMR, a packing list: each gets its label.

You decide per type. Read it, keep it as an attachment, or ignore it.

Set it once. Every new order follows your choice.

Search finds archived shipments too

The shipment from last spring is one search away.

One search. Press ⌘K and type a reference, a customer or an ID.

Archived too. Older shipments come up, marked Archived.

IDs everywhere. Every shipment shows its ID, ready to copy.

Screenshots in emails, read too

Some customers paste their planning straight into the email as a picture.

Pasted in the email. A screenshot of an order table, right in the message.

Read like the rest. Vectrix fills in the shipment from the picture.

Ready to check. It waits for you like any other shipment.
