About Vectrix
Vectrix builds supervised AI agents for transport and logistics operations.
Today, our platform is best known for transforming incoming emails, documents and spreadsheets into structured transport orders. We are now expanding beyond order entry toward modular AI agents that support operational work across customer service, planning, warehousing, documents, billing, claims, customs and fleet operations.
These agents work across the systems logistics teams already use, including mailboxes, TMS platforms, ERPs and spreadsheets. Clear work can be completed automatically. Ambiguous work is prepared for human review, so people remain in control of decisions, exceptions and customer relationships.
Our ambition is to help transport organizations increase capacity without adding the same amount of manual coordination.
Why now
Order automation is our starting point. The next stage is discovering and deploying AI agents across the wider logistics organization. We need people who can find where automation creates genuine value and turn those opportunities into reliable Production workflows.
The role
As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will own the customer and business outcomes of our AI deployments.
You will not only deploy the workflows customers already ask for. You will learn how their organization operates across departments, identify where repetitive coordination can be delegated to AI agents and help prioritize the strongest opportunities.
You will work with operators, managers and executives from discovery through UAT, go-live and continuous improvement. This is not traditional Customer Success or project management. It combines customer leadership, process analysis, technical fluency and hands-on delivery.
Help build the AI operating layer for transport and logistics.
What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with customer operators, managers and executives.
- Map how work moves across orders, customer service, planning, documents, warehousing, billing, claims, customs and fleet operations.
- Discover valuable automation opportunities beyond the customer’s initial request.
- Prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, data, risk and implementation effort.
- Translate workflows into requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria and agent behaviour.
- Coordinate deployments from discovery and prototyping through UAT, go-live and Production monitoring.
- Work hands-on with Vectrix configuration, prompts, rules, masterdata and AI-assisted tools.
- Investigate incorrect AI outputs using source documents, operational data and system evidence.
- Measure and improve accuracy, adoption and operational performance.
- Identify expansion opportunities and help the founders develop the business case.
- Turn field learning into product priorities, reusable playbooks and scalable platform capabilities.
What success looks like
- Customers trust Vectrix and achieve measurable operational value.
- New agent opportunities are discovered, prioritized and moved into reliable Production use.
- Customer evidence improves the platform instead of accumulating as fragile one-off configuration.
Own the outcome. Surface risks early. Solve the underlying problem.
Who we are looking for
You have at least three years of relevant experience in an adjacent role such as process engineering, enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical Customer Success, product operations, automation or operational transformation.
We do not expect several years of AI-agent experience. The field is too new. We care about the abilities underneath the work.
- Excellent people skills and credibility with frontline operators and executives.
- Strong discovery, facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
- A structured approach to ambiguous operational problems.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data structures and AI-system constraints.
- Judgment to distinguish a scalable customer need from an isolated exception.
- A willingness to enter the details and investigate problems yourself.
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
Transport or logistics experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory. French, SQL, Python, AI-agent configuration and commercial expansion experience are additional advantages.
An MSc in engineering, computer science, business engineering, operations, supply chain or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent practical achievement is equally welcome.
