Ask Vexi, right in the app

Vexi now sits inside Vectrix, next to your orders.

Ask in plain words. Which shipments are waiting, for which customer, from where.

Vexi finds them. A short answer, with the shipment numbers in it.

Lock a field. Ask Vexi, and the value stays put.

Give every shipment an owner

Everyone sees at a glance who is on which shipment.

An owner per shipment. Shown as a face in the order overview.

Assign in one click. Pick a colleague from the list.

Just yours. Filter the overview to the shipments you own.

One person per shipment

When a colleague has a shipment open, it is theirs until they close it.

See who is in it. The overview shows who has a shipment open.

Look, don’t type. Everyone else sees it read-only, so nothing gets overwritten.

Free again. When they close it, it is yours to edit.

Decide what Vectrix fills in

Per field, you choose what Vectrix may do, and what must be there before a shipment goes out.

Per field. Vectrix fills it in, only when it is empty, or never.

Some fields stay human. Leave a price or a date to your team.

Checks before sending. Mark a field required and a shipment can’t go out without it.

See when two rules disagree

Business rules that set the same field differently are flagged, with both of them one click away.

Flagged for you. Two rules that set the same field differently are marked.

Straight to it. Both rules side by side, the difference highlighted.

Settle it there. Edit one, or switch off the one you don’t need.

Read more, and read it right

Vectrix now reads more of what a customer sends, and reads it more exactly.

Word and Excel. Old .doc files are read too, and numbers stay exactly as written.

The email counts. Who sent it, and when, are part of the order.

Tomorrow means tomorrow. Sent on Thursday 16 July, so the pickup is Friday 17 July.
