First things first; let’s get to know each other
During this introductory call, we get to know each other. We’ll explain what Vectrix does, the type of people we’re looking for, and introduce ourselves and the team. You’ll also have the opportunity to tell us about yourself and your background, allowing us to assess whether there’s a good mutual fit.
Following this call, we’ll send you a link to complete a brief 10-minute online assessment to evaluate your foundational skills.

In-depth technical deepdive
During this in-depth technical screening, we’ll assess your knowledge across the domains most relevant to the role. You’ll complete a 25-question assessment covering key technical areas, followed by a live coding exercise. Upon successful completion, we’ll introduce you to your future colleagues and the other co-founders.
Bring your own laptop, set up with your IDE of choice, a coding or AI assistant if you use one, and the ability to run projects in Python or React (Next.js), depending on the role.

The offer
After successfully completing the technical screening and meeting the team, we’ll extend you an offer. During this call, we’ll walk through your complete compensation package, including salary and benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and raise any concerns. We’ll also explain our working practices, role expectations, and cover important administrative details.
Following the offer call, we’ll send you a secure link to upload any relevant certificates, degrees, or professional credentials.

We’ll ask some basic questions to understand your experience and approach, but no special preparation beyond understanding the role requirements is needed. Don’t forget to bring your laptop!
What programming language will be used for the coding assessment?+

Is the technical screening whiteboard coding or actual implementation?+
Real coding on your laptop in a practical scenario.
