We automate complex supply chain workflows by integrating directly with existing systems. Our platform converts unstructured input from emails and ERP systems into validated, structured transport orders — ready for any TMS.

We’re a fast-growing startup in Antwerp and we’re looking for an AI / backend engineer with at least 4 years of experience to strengthen our team. You will build and scale our AI-driven logistics stack, with a strong focus on practical LLM and OCR applications in production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our backend systems in Python
  • Build and manage AI pipelines using LangGraph
  • Implement real-time evaluation and accuracy reporting
  • Research, improve, and maintain OCR processing pipelines
  • Design scalable integrations with external systems
  • Collaborate directly with customers to define new features
  • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure stable, production-ready AI pipelines

What we expect

  • Strong experience with Python
  • Experience running applications in Docker
  • Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including:
    • Prompt engineering
    • Function calling
    • Creating evaluation datasets
    • Multi-modal processing (PDFs, images, etc.)
  • Experience building or maintaining OCR pipelines
  • Experience setting up and running CI/CD pipelines
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership
  • Able to work from our Antwerp office 4 days per week
  • Fluent in English

Big plus

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith)
  • A GitHub portfolio with production-grade projects
  • A Master’s degree in AI or a relevant engineering field
  • Affinity with the transport & logistics industry
