Logistics moves the world, but the way orders enter systems hasn't changed in decades. Every day, smart people sit behind screens doing robotic work: copy-pasting from emails, memorising client rules, switching between five applications to process a single shipment. It's slow, it's error-prone, and it doesn't scale.

We started Vectrix in 2024 because we saw this in every logistics office we walked into. The same frustration, the same workarounds, the same wasted talent. But we also saw something else: the tech had finally caught up. AI could now read an email, understand context, apply business rules, and deliver clean data faster and more reliably than any manual process.

So we built the automation layer between the operator's inbox and their TMS. Today we're a small team of AI builders, design obsessives, and logistics nerds working out of Brain Embassy in Antwerp, obsessed with one thing: making manual order entry a thing of the past.
