As one of our first hires and a core member of the technical founding team, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping our product vision, technology stack, and technical culture, gaining unique opportunities to learn and grow. What You’ll Do:

• Experiment with emerging technologies—LLMs, multimodal interfaces, and next-gen infrastructure.
• Build advanced AI agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Explore and implement voice-based interactions with our AI agents.
• Take projects from idea to prototype to full-scale implementation, refining solutions based on feedback and new trends.
• Collaborate with customers to translate ideas into scalable production systems.
• Work independently while staying closely connected with our small team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLM applications or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with developer tools (GitHub, Docker) and at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Academic credentials are great, but real-world experience and practical skills are what we value most.
